Gauchos are riding on horseback through the endless Pampas, droving a cattle herd. At sunset, the men are gathering and there is the smell of freshly brewed coffee. A skewer of crispy meat is passed from one person to the next. Stories are being told and when the fire is extinct, everyone is retiring happily. Tomorrow is another day.
